Wayne Buchanan

Wayne is the Managing Director of Bruce Buchanan Ltd and has the knowledge and experience of 40 years of involvement in the business. Wayne has played an active role in diversifying the company and overseeing the expansion into a variety of new and exciting areas. Also Wayne has a vision where the company is heading and is more than capable of managing the resources at his disposal to provide the best outcomes for his crew, the company and, most importantly, you the client.

Jason Buchanan

Jason has been employed by Bruce Buchanan Ltd for over 20 years. Jason has the ability to operate any type of machinery. He has proven to be a competent site supervisor, gaining the respect of crew and clients alike and has a high focus on quality. Jason is now Contract Manager and deals directly with clients, to meet the needs of the contract and client, and in turn, gaining job satisfaction and repeat work. He specialises in the drainage division of Bruce Buchanan Ltd

Cody Buchanan

Cody has been employed by Bruce Buchanan Ltd for 10 Years. Being immersed in civil contracting from an early age Cody brings to the company the knowledge of hands on experience as well as being able to operate all types of machinery. This helps him understand his position now as Contract Manager, in turn bringing confidence to you, the client, that the job will be completed on time and within budget. He specialises in cabling and cartage, but also deals with other civil works the company is involved in.

Damien Wood

Damien has over 10 years experience in the civil construction and road maintenance industry. He is experienced in overseeing the maintenance of Local Authority roads and civil construction projects and has strong understanding of the technical skills and requirements for construction works.

Damien works closely with clients to develop effective traffic management plans that are in accordance with TNZ and Local Authority standards. Damien’s onsite and practical experience provides an excellent background for developing traffic management plans and scenarios.

Damien has attended a number of training seminars and courses, these courses have specifically included aspects of surfacing construction and maintenance in conjunction with training relating to Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and People Management, including Operate and Site Safe, Survey and Set Out, Working on the Roads Sign and Traffic Control (2001, 2005, 2008),and the New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (Civil).

Ray Taylor

Ray started work at Bruce Buchanan Ltd in 2005. Ray has a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and is STMS accredited and performs the function of Quantity Surveyor. Ray is a valuable addition to Bruce Buchanan Ltd, bringing to you the customer the most cost effective price.
